Before you go through this post i would suggest you to go through my previous post, so that you can get everything in a proper manner. For simplicity i am assigning POST NUMBERS to each of my post...

Till now in Last two post i have provided you GATE Papers and some ideas which will help you in your preparation of GATE exam. Now in this Post lets do One Great thing, which will help you and will Boost your confidence as well.

Its is called "My Own Marks" :P.... Kidding there is no such name... I cant come up with any other name soooooooooo............  ;-)

Lets... Leave the Naming Thing to Pandita's.... and talk about its technical aspect...

WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO??? 
               You have to "Search or Collect Your Marks from GATE syllabus"

Means????

•  It means.... Look out for the topics which you have Strong Hold AND (don't forget this AND) "Which belongs to GATE syllabus" :P
• Now on the basis of those topic and their Weightage in GATE... Calculate "YOUR OWN MARKS" :P
• Your Own Marks are those marks WHICH ARE ALL YOURS... NO matter how TEDA-MEDA or difficult question GATE offers you... You CAN STILL DO IT....... Matlab Itnee marks to aane he aane hai :-)

By doing this activity you will have Some Marks on your Hand.... and THAT is YOUR BASE.(not the one in which you sit and do all the Shit :P)

Now from that base you have to set your GOAL.........

In my case i have good command over Algorithms,C, Graph Theory,Logic, Boolean Algebra, automata etc...
SO my Rough Estimate for my BASE is around near about 15 marks. As i have got these marks on my side... now i have to look for other Easy n high weightage area from where i can grab more marks....
n yeah i forgot about Aptitude and English portion... its weightage is 15 marks(fixed).... N i can add 5 more marks to my base from here taking me to a base of 18+(rough estimate) :P

Soooooo.... what are you weighting for???? ohhhhhhhhh weightage of GATE subjects....!!!!!!!!!!


Hmm... Here is the weightage chart :

Maths ( Logic+ Probability + Set theory + Combinatory + Graph theory + Linear Algebra + Numerical Analysis + Calculus )	15 + ( Set theory + Graph theory=== 3-4 , Others 2,2 each)
